DIRECT MAIL
Feeding Our Communities Partners summer direct mail campaign is one of two major fundraising campaigns done each year. During my time managing the creation of the direct mail I oversaw the project from start to finish for three years.
Tasks for the creation of the direct mail consist of: designing the look of the letter, overseeing the copywriting, soliciting quotes and designing NO. 10 & remittance mailers, assisting with the stuffing and mailing of letters to our contacts.
2021 Campaign:
Double sided print piece with No. 10 & Remittance Envelopes: Mailed to 6,000+ contacts
Emails sent to 5,000 contacts and social media graphics/copy to audience of 3,000.
2022 Campaign:
Single sided print piece with No. 10 & Remittance Envelopes: Mailed to 4,000+ contacts
2023 Campaign:
Double sided print piece with No. 10 & Remittance Envelopes: Mailed to 5,000+ contact
